Key takeaway
"7 days to launch" is a bold claim, and bold claims deserve scrutiny. So instead of just asking you to trust it, here's the actual day-by-day breakdown of what happens between the moment you choose a product and the moment it's live on your domain — including what we need from you, and where the time really goes.
Why 7 days is realistic (not a marketing number)
The reason this timeline works isn't that we're rushing or cutting corners — it's that we're not starting from zero. Every product in our catalogue is a working, production-tested foundation. The 7 days isn't spent building core functionality; it's spent adapting proven functionality to your specific business.
That distinction is the entire playbook.
Day 1 — Choose
What happens:
You pick the product that's the closest match to your business from our catalogue, or we help you identify it on a free call if you're not sure.
What we need from you:
A clear sense of your core workflow — even a rough description like "customers book appointments, we manage staff schedules, we send reminders" is enough for us to map your business onto the right starting product.
What you get by end of day:
A confirmed product, a scoped list of customizations, and a clear price.
Days 2–4 — Customize
Keep the launch scope stable, monitor the highest-value paths and collect feedback in one place. Fix blockers first and schedule This is where most of the actual work happens, and it splits into three parallel tracks:
Brand customization
Your logo, color palette, business name, and content go into the product. This isn't a cosmetic afterthought — by the end of this phase, the product should feel unmistakably like your business, not a generic template with your name pasted on.
What we need from you:
Logo files, brand colors (or we'll extract them from your existing materials), and your actual business copy — service names, pricing, policies, anything customer-facing.
Workflow customization
This is the technical heart of the 7 days. We adapt the product's existing workflows to match how your business actually operates — custom fields, approval steps, notification rules, and any specific logic your business needs that differs from the base product.
What we need from you:
Specifics on anything that's genuinely different about how you operate versus a "standard" business in your category. The more specific, the better — "we need a manager approval step before any booking over ₹5,000" is far more useful than "we have some special rules."
Integration setup
Payment gateways (UPI, cards), WhatsApp notifications, SMS, or any third-party tool you already use gets connected during this phase.
What we need from you:
Account access or API credentials for any tools you want connected (e.g., your Razorpay account, your WhatsApp Business number).cosmetic improvements after the product is stable.
Days 5–6 — Review
By day 5, you get access to a live, working version of your product — not a mockup, not a demo video, an actual functioning system you can click through, test bookings on, and try to break.
What happens:
You (and ideally, a few people who'll actually use the system day-to-day — staff, not just decision-makers) test everything: does the booking flow make sense? Are the notifications going to the right place? Is anything confusing?
What we need from you:
Honest, specific feedback. "This doesn't feel right" is harder to act on than "the confirmation message should go out immediately, not after 10 minutes."
What happens next:
We make final adjustments based on your feedback — this is genuinely the last chance to change things before go-live, so this is the phase worth spending real time on.
Day 7 — Go Live
What happens:
We deploy the reviewed, approved version to your actual domain and hosting. DNS changes propagate (this can take a few hours in rare cases, though it's usually near-instant), and your product is live for real customers.
What we need from you:
Domain access (or a new domain purchase, which we can help with), and final sign-off that everything's ready.
What you get:
A live product, full source code and documentation, and 7 days of post-launch support to catch anything that only shows up under real usage.
