Terms of Service

Last updated 22 August 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of techbrond.com and all products, tools, and services offered under the Techbrond brand.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at techbrond.com (the “Site”), and all products, tools, and services offered under the brand name Techbrond (the “Services”).

The Services are owned and operated by Geoloide Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Level 10, Plot No. 18–20, HT House, KG Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110001, India (referred to as “Geoloide,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Techbrond is a brand and product offering operated by Geoloide Private Limited, which may operate multiple brands and business lines.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you (“you,” “User,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” refers to that entity.

2. Description of services

Techbrond operates a marketplace offering ready-made websites, mobile applications, and business software products (“Products”) that are customized to a Customer’s business requirements and delivered with source-code ownership, subject to Section 7 below. We also offer custom software development services and related digital products, including free resources and tools, on terms described on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms should be read as a guarantee that any specific Product will meet every requirement of every Customer’s business; Products are customized within the scope agreed in writing (including via email, order confirmation, or a signed proposal) between the Customer and Geoloide prior to commencement of work (“Scope”).

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be barred from using the Services under applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.

4. Account registration

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@techbrond.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Orders, pricing, and the 7-Day Launch Promise

5.1 Orders. Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Product or Service at the price displayed at the time of order, subject to acceptance by Geoloide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

5.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed for international buyers in other currencies are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of invoicing.

5.3 The 7-Day Launch Promise. Where a Product is explicitly marketed with our “7-Day Launch Promise,” Geoloide commits to delivering the agreed Scope within 7 calendar days of the later of: (a) full payment (or the agreed initial installment) being received, and (b) all information, assets, and access required from the Customer (per Section 6) being provided.

If the agreed Scope is not delivered within this period for reasons attributable to Geoloide, the Customer’s setup fee for that Product is eligible for a full refund, subject to the process described in our Refund Policy.

The 7-Day Launch Promise does not apply where delays result from: (i) delayed or incomplete information, assets, feedback, or access from the Customer; (ii) scope changes requested by the Customer after order confirmation; (iii) delays caused by third-party services (e.g., payment gateway approvals, domain registrars); or (iv) events described in Section 15 (Force Majeure).

6. Customer obligations

To enable timely and accurate delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information, branding assets, and content required for your Product;
  • Provide timely feedback during the review phase of your build;
  • Provide necessary access credentials (e.g., domain, hosting, third-party accounts) required for deployment, or to promptly action requests we make on your behalf;
  • Ensure that any content, branding, or materials you provide do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and do not violate applicable law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Products complies with applicable laws relevant to your business and industry (for example, healthcare data regulations, payment processing regulations, or education sector requirements), and Geoloide makes no representation that any Product is, by itself, sufficient to ensure your regulatory compliance.

7. Intellectual property and source code ownership

7.1 Pre-existing IP. Geoloide retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property incorporated into its Product catalogue, including underlying frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary tooling not specific to any single Customer’s build (collectively, “Background IP”).

7.2 Customer ownership on delivery. Upon full payment for a Product, Geoloide grants the Customer full ownership of the customized source code delivered for that Customer’s specific build (“Deliverables”), including:

  • The complete source code repository for the Customer’s build;
  • Architecture and setup documentation;
  • An unrestricted license to use, modify, host, and further develop the Deliverables, including engaging any third-party developer to do so.

This ownership is granted subject to and net of any Background IP, which remains licensed (not sold) to the Customer as embedded in the Deliverables, for the Customer’s perpetual use as part of that Product. For clarity, this means the Customer may use, modify, and extend the delivered code freely, but does not acquire rights to resell, sublicense, or repackage Geoloide’s underlying Background IP as a standalone product or competing marketplace offering.

7.3 Site and brand IP. The Techbrond name, logo, and all Site content not part of a specific Customer’s Deliverables remain the exclusive property of Geoloide Private Limited and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Payments

We accept payment via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods made available at checkout, processed through our third-party payment gateway partners. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms in addition to these Terms.

Geoloide does not store your full card or bank account details; payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.

Where a Product is offered on an installment basis (e.g., 50% upfront / 50% on delivery), the remaining installment is due upon completion of the Review phase described in Section 5.3, prior to final deployment.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including payment gateways, hosting providers, WhatsApp, and other tools). Geoloide is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services not delivered to you as a Deliverable;
  • Use the Services to build or distribute malware, or to violate the intellectual property rights of Geoloide or any third party;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any User who violates this section.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

Geoloide warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards, and that Deliverables will materially conform to the agreed Scope at the time of delivery.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services and Deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Geoloide does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any Product will be free of all defects following customization.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Geoloide’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim;
  • Geoloide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geoloide Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) content or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights; or (d) your use of the Products in a manner inconsistent with the agreed Scope or applicable regulatory requirements.

15. Force majeure

Geoloide shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or power outages, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Geoloide, other Users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time; obligations relating to payment for Services already rendered survive termination.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 17.1, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

17.1 Dispute resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Any dispute not resolved through negotiation shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, seated in New Delhi, with proceedings conducted in English.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email to registered Users at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any order confirmation, Scope document, and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Geoloide regarding the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Geoloide may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
